"A HOME RUN!!!   I now have about 90 hrs on my RZR since the install.  I live in upstate S.C. where the dust is as fine as baby powder.  I had dust in my intake at around ten hours.  I tried different filters, sealing off any gaps etc.  Nothing worked.  I  have check it many times since the install of the waterproof box and its STILL clean.   Plus the extra HP was a nice surprise as well.  GREAT PRODUCT!!  Should be purchase by EVERY RZR owner.  First a helmet then a BTI filter box!!" Posted: Thu Aug 07, 2008 "The ONLY filter system I have found that stops ALL the dust is the DFR setup!! I have tried 5 other filters and this is by far the best!! I have the DFR canister with the small adapter to go directly into the stock air box between the seats. After 100 mi. in EXTREME dust everything is spotless!! I just wish I would have talked to Todd at Dragonfire sooner.
I know that I have ingested a lot of dust doing Polaris R&D for them, Stupid _______!! Why dont they give those things out to people for testing in real world conditions! I guess the stock filter worked ok in the frozen tundra of Minn."  Dr.RZR

Forum Comments - 08-14-08 - "After I switched to my cyclone canister, it felt more torquey, smoother and quieter. It's a subtle change, after all it's not what the unit is sold on. The main thing is now I no longer have to give a shit about dust. Just ride and forget. No need to check filter after every ride either (though it's a LOT easier than the stock setup with it's fiddly hose clip). One big spanner and away you go."

  dfr ----the best setup in my opinion........however i bit too early and didnt get the sealed one.......i do have the one with the snorkel but not the o-ring cap........i will have to call jordan....my shop is a dealer so hopefully he can get me one........but hey it works great as long as you dont go deep water so i guess like with everything i will just have to update........Shengar - Bluefield, WV
  I've got the snorkeled version on, and there is a noticeable gain in power..raced another rzr with controller and pipe....we were side by side the whole way...raced a buddy with no mods and left him - Keowee1

08-14-08 - "...mine has been great so far. actually got stuck in the middle of a river...super high water and had to winch out. was totally under water for a while but when i finally got out and check my box it was dry as a bone. u will be surprised at the power increase as well. well worth the money."
